Commercial Process Research & Development from Venchem

Laboratory-scale synthetic chemistry can be converted into commercial manufacturing processes within our process development plant. The scale-up of a new synthetic process goes from the laboratory through to testing in the pilot plant and then into full-scale commercial manufacture.

Venchem has become known worldwide for a large number of organic chemicals for which it has developed unique manufacturing methodologies a number of which have become viable commercial processes. The resultant products form part of our portfolio of product and intellectual property and are offered for sale from stock. This “list” of products is in the order of hundreds at present but is continually growing as we pursue enquiry and expand the technical capability of our plant and staff.
